Hydrophob extra - the impregnation for shower cubicles, wet rooms and smoothing plasters in outdoor areas

The high-quality impregnation Hydrophob extra has been specially developed to treat smoothed marble plasters. It provides effective protection against dirt, stains and moisture while preserving the natural beauty of the marble. Thanks to its unique formula, this Siloxan impregnation penetrates deep into the pores of the marble and forms an invisible protective layer on the surface. This prevents dirt particles and liquids from penetrating the plaster. The impregnation has a water-repellent effect. It ensures that water beads run off the surface instead of penetrating and causing darkening.

The low-viscosity, colourless and ready-to-use impregnation does not change the appearance of the marbling. The colour is only slightly stained. This impregnation is UV-resistant and non-yellowing for indoor and outdoor use.

Yield: approx. 5 - 7 m2 per litre.
Application: Two applications necessary. 1st application on the dry, absorbent and untreated marble plaster surface. 2nd application after 24 hours. Apply with roller,brush or sponge.
Drying time: Depending on room temperature and air circulation approx. 2 to 4 hours. Protect from rain and high humidity for 12 hours. The water and oil repellent effect develops within 48 hours.
Processing temperature: The ideal processing temperature of the surface to be treated is between +12°C and +25°C. Do not apply in direct sunlight.
Ingredients: Silicones, mineral oil distillate.
