Our stencils are made from special plastic film . They are very durable and washable, allowing them to be used countless times. The film is 0.3 mm thick and works very well with Stucco Marmorino. The grain size of Marmorino is ideal for these stencils, and this marble plaster can be smoothed to a glossy finish if desired. Under the heading “Grid Stencils,” you will find a selection of stencils with a material thickness of 3.0 mm, which, due to their more pronounced relief pattern, create a stronger contrast to the surface and thus appear more three-dimensional. Travertino is used for these stencils. We also offer multi-layer painting stencils that can be easily filled with lime paint or smoothed with Marmorino.

The wall stencils are available in various sizes and application is relatively simple. Attach the stencil to the wall with painter’s tape and apply the Marmorino in the color of your choice onto the foil using a Venetian trowel, so that only the open areas are filled. Allow the plaster to set briefly and carefully peel the stencil off the wall. Now wait until the plaster is firm enough to handle before smoothing it to a glossy finish with the trowel. Once dry, you can add color using our wax glazes according to your preference. Metallic transfer foils and hammered metal are also very popular. As an alternative to filling, the stencils can be painted with lime paint in various shades.
